2) What are cookies?

Cookies are small files placed on your device to enable core site functions, enhance performance, remember preferences, measure usage, and support advertising. We also use similar technologies (local storage, pixels, SDKs, tags).

3) How we use cookies (categories)

Strictly Necessary & Security – required for the site to work (e.g., login/session, checkout continuity, CSRF protection, bot/attack mitigation via our CDN/WAF). These cannot be turned off.

Functional – remember preferences such as language (EN/FR/ES) and currency/region.

Analytics – understand usage and improve performance (e.g., Google Analytics). When consent is withheld (EEA/UK), only limited/aggregated signals are used.

Advertising/Retargeting – measure campaigns and show relevant offers (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok). Disabled unless permitted by your consent in regions that require it.

Payments – support secure payments and fraud prevention (e.g., Stripe). We don’t store full card numbers.

4) Legal basis & consent

Morocco (Law 09-08): we rely on consent where required and legitimate interests for strictly necessary/security cookies.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): if detected, we treat it as an opt-out for ad “sale/sharing” where applicable. Standard DNT headers are not universally honored.

Strictly necessary cookies typically last for the session or as long as needed for security.

Consent and preference cookies are usually kept up to 6–12 months.

Analytics/advertising identifiers may persist up to 13–24 months, subject to your consent and regional rules.
